CEO and Co-Founder of RecommenderX, Dr. Kevin McCarthy, recently had the opportunity to speak at the ECR Community webinar series. This webinar was titled “Tools, Technology, & AI in Category Management” and Kevin’s presentation concentrated on illustrating technologies to assist with ways to combine all market data, including external, internal and customers data to create actionable insights.
Kevin offered a range of technology objectives along the journey from data through knowledge and insights and onto actions, culminating in how they can be tied together to offer really impactful solutions to assist Category Managers.
